(the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you are consenting to the collection, use and disclosure of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not consent to the same, please do not access or use the Service.

We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time without any prior notice to you and will post the revised Privacy Policy on the Service. The revised Policy will be effective 180 days from when the revised Policy is posted in the Service and your continued access or use of the Service after such time will constitute your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. We require such third party’s to use the personal information we transfer to them only for the purpose for which it was transferred and not to retain it for longer than is required for fulfilling the said purpose.

Retention Of Your Information:

We will retain your personal information with us for 90 days to 2 years after user accounts remain idle or for as long as we need it to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected as detailed in this Privacy Policy. Algemene voorwaarden

Artikel 1 Elke reservering betekent aanvaarding door de huurder van onze Algemene huurvoorwaarden.

Artikel 2 Facturen dienen betaald te worden binnen de 10 kalenderdagen na factuurdatum, zo niet vervalt de reservering en wordt het betaalde voorschot beschouwt als schadebeding.

Artikel 3 Bij niet-betaling behouden wij ons het recht voor om verdere leveringen, prestaties en diensten stop te zetten.

Artikel 4 Indien de reservatie binnen de 14 dagen van het evenement valt dient de factuur betaald te worden binnen 3 kalenderdagen na factuurdatum, zo niet vervalt de reservering en wordt het betaalde voorschot beschouwt als een schadebeding.

Artikel 5 Het auteursrecht van de foto’s blijft steeds eigendom van de fotograaf.

Artikel 6 Bij een annulering wordt het voorschot aangewend voor de ondertussen gebeurde voorbereidingen.

Artikel 7 In geval van betwistingen is uitsluitend de rechtbank van het kanton Leuven bevoegd.

Artikel 8 Voorwaarden Photobooth

De 321 Photobooth is een product van Benjamin Fröberg. Hij doet zijn best om een uitstekende verhuur-dienst te verlenen aan zijn klanten. De Photobooth wordt steeds geleverd en geïnstalleerd door onze medewerkers. Eens de Photobooth op een welbepaalde plaats werd geïnstalleerd is, mag deze niet meer verplaatst worden.

Maximum 2 weken na uw feest wordt een link gestuurd met alle genomen foto’s.

Bij volgende situaties garanderen wij geen verdere werking van de Photobooth:

- Wanneer iemand vrijwillig of onvrijwillig de stekker uit het stopcontact haalt.

- Wanneer iemand de Photobooth probeert te verplaatsen of te openen.

Bij eventuele problemen, pannes of vragen kan u ons tijdens de huurperiode bereiken op ons mobiel telefoonnummer.

De Photobooth slaat steeds de fotostrookjes op, zelfs als het printpapier op is of als de printer uit staat. Wij kunnen de gemiste fotostrookjes achteraf afdrukken en opsturen.

Mocht de Photobooth niet correct functioneren waarbij wij het probleem niet opgelost krijgen, dan kunnen wij niet aansprakelijk gesteld worden voor de impact op het verdere verloop van het feest.

Wanneer er tijdens de huurperiode minder afdrukken gemaakt werden dan het voorziene maximum aantal, kunnen achteraf geen bijkomende afdrukken gevraagd worden om alsnog aan het maximum te komen.

Tijdens de huurtermijn is de huurder aansprakelijk voor de Photobooth. De huurder draagt de volle verantwoordelijkheid voor alle risico’s die zich kunnen voordoen (brand, diefstal, eenvoudige verdwijning, beschadiging, ongeval, overmacht … ). De daaruit voortvloeiende minwaarde of schade van de installatie is ten laste van de huurder en/of zijn verzekering. Bij geschillen is het Belgische recht is van toepassing. Benjamin Fröberg kan niet verantwoordelijk gesteld worden voor eventuele vertragingen of tekortkomingen bij het uitvoeren van dit contract die buiten zijn wil gebeuren.
